What is a Distressed Site?

 
A distressed site is where a contractor or developer is unable to complete the build, this could be for any reason, commonly insolvency of a contractor or developer means the works stop and clients or funders are left with a partially completed project which they need to deliver.  

Four Property Group provide realisation strategies for re-mobilising / completing their distressed projects. Four Property Group provides assistance either as a consultant or contractor delivery. We work with a varied client base to assist with their short term liabilities of distressed site retention or longer term project delivery.
